Teobaldo Camejo
Teobaldo Camejo, Global Vice President of People and Culture is a business partner and collaborative human resources leader with more than 27 years of experience growing HR functionality to support organizational transformation, talent management, labor relations, and much more.
A lawyer by training with early professional experience in union and labor organizing in his home country of Venezuela, Teo has spent most of his career supporting and developing international teams in Asia, Africa, Latin America and Europe, including in India, Nigeria, and China.
He believes in the power of partnering and shaping business strategies by empowering leaders, embracing change, and delivering results. He passionately advocates for diversity and inclusion and enjoys identifying solutions to address people-related challenges.
Teo most recently served as the Global Director of Human Resources at SAI MedPartners LLC. His career spans the medical, pharmaceutical, beverage, manufacturing, and oil and gas industries, and his previous experiences include various leadership roles with domestic and international scope with Becton, Dickinson and Company, Generac Power Systems, Ingersoll Rand, Coors Brewing Co International Inc, Enron, and Schlumberger.
At VisionSpring Teo will create and lead our enterprise-wide human resource strategy and implementation to ensure that VisionSpring offers an exceptional team experience in service of our mission. He will champion our values, guide organizational development, and oversee core functions including talent acquisition, performance management, culture and belonging, compensation and benefits, and compliance. Teo is a member of the global leadership team.
Teo holds a Law Degree from Universidad 'Santa María' in Caracas, Venezuela. He’s a lifelong practitioner of traditional Japanese karate and enjoys playing tennis and ping-pong. He is also a music enthusiast currently rekindling his relationship with his 12-string guitar.
