Scott Schroeder, Global Vice President for Resource Mobilization joined VisionSpring at a key moment of growth in 2022. Under his design and leadership our global resource mobilization strategy will fuel the doubling of VisionSpring's impact by 2025.

Previously Scott led fundraising, communications, and firm-wide initiatives at two $100m international global health NGOs – Plan International and Pathfinder International. Most recently, he developed the strategic funding plan for International Planned Parenthood Federation (IPPF).

Scott brings both disciplines to this strategic role, with a background in analytically driven marketing operations, customer acquisition and retention strategies management, communications, and product and business development.

Scott's exceptional talent, his positivity, and his purpose-driven approach are well-matched with VisionSpring's team. Scott earned his bachelor's in foreign service from Georgetown University and his MBA from Columbia University in the City of New York University.
