Misha began her career as a marketing executive and joined donor-backed Swisscontact-Katalyst to help small businesses to grow sustainably. Committed to women’s empowerment, she launched Tupperware in Bangladesh.
Misha led operations for Purnava Limited (a subsidiary of Renata Limited) and with RANCON, she became the first female CEO of an automotive company in Bangladesh. She is a team builder with expertise in supply chain development and stakeholder management.
Misha holds an MBA from the Institute of Business Administration at University of Dhaka and undergraduate degree from the same with a major in marketing.Misha is interested in health, education, and the environment.
