Over 25 years in hi-tech, James is an expert in Agile Project Management, has been responsible for hundreds of successful projects; software development, M&As, FDA remediation, medical appliance quality management, marketing, startups, systems implementation, DevOps et al. While working for California software startup, James achieved the position of COO, co-authoring a high-level programming language (ACL), invented various technologies (e.g., dynamic localization), established the customer support, training & consulting services depts, managing the development and release of 10 major upgrades (award winning engineering document and workflow management system.) He’s an advisor: business modelling, Running Lean, Lean Startup, APM. Recently released Bizignite.co, strategic planning tool for business model analysis / planning. B.Sc. degree (Honors) Industrial Engineering, Nottingham Trent University, England, achieved high praise for his thesis in robotics research.

What’s your first memory wearing glasses?

I suggested to the host that he buy brighter light bulbs, as I struggled to read. A group member handed me his reading glasses. Scornfully, and dismissively, I tried them…no new bulbs were needed.
